Yes. The Royal Flushh comes with a 12-month warranty covering malfunction under normal use.

The warranty is void if the device is damaged due to dropping, improper use, relocation after installation, or natural disasters (fire, earthquake, flooding, etc.). Warranty claims require a receipt proving purchase date.

In how many days can I receive the product?

We deliver within 7–20 working days.

Is the shipment free?

Yes, shipping is free and delivery usually takes 7–20 working days.

However, if you are in the European Union, your local customs office will charge VAT and courier handling fees before your parcel is delivered. These fees are separate from what you pay us, and the amount depends on your country and order size. We cannot pre-collect these charges at checkout (yet), so please factor them in before ordering.

Why am I charged VAT in the EU?

Since July 2021, the EU requires VAT to be paid on all goods imported from outside the EU — even low-value items. Your courier (La Poste, DHL, FedEx, etc.) collects this VAT plus a handling fee before delivery.

How much could it be?

VAT in the EU is usually 20–25% of the order value, plus a courier handling fee (often €10–20). This means it can range from about €15 to €35 or more depending on your country and the size of your order.

Is there any way I can get my order faster?

Yes. We offer an express delivery option. For delivery in 3–7 days, an additional shipping fee of $30 applies.
