The device is powered by 2 AA batteries. Under regular use, the batteries typically last for 12 months or up to 3000 flushes but this may vary based on usage frequency.

Exactly that. The maker of Royal Flushh is in Tokyo and has designed this product to suit Japanese tastes. This product is sold throughout Japan and is now set for a global audience.

• Can I use rechargeable batteries with the Royal Flushh?

No, we don't recommend the use of rechargable batteries, the Royal Flushh as we cannot guarantee that a rechargable battery will work to the right specifications.

The Royal Flushh can be easily attached to your bathroom wall using the included 3M tape or screws. If attaching to wallpaper, please exercise caution to avoid damage.

• Is the Royal Flushh water-resistant, given its proximity to water sources?

Please do not get Royal Flushh wet. It is designed for use in areas that stay dry, which is why putting it above your toilet paper holder is best. Normal humidity and bathrooms that are well ventilated with an exhaust fan will be ideal.

Wipe the device with a damp cloth to clean. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or immersing it in water. For optimal performance, replace batteries when the sound starts to weaken or distort.

The warranty covers malfunction under normal use.
The warranty is void if it fails or is damaged;
after dropping after purchase, moving after installation, or improper use,
fire, earthquake, wind and flood damage, gas damage or other natural disasters or if you do not have a copy of the receipt that proves the date of purchase.
